On a Cold Tuesday

This morning was very chilly and cloudy.  There was supposed to be a meteor shower over North America setting to peak at 4am.  Since I get up and 5 am, I got bundled up and ran outside.....only to find too many clouds.  I was so sad.  So, in order to perk up, I wore one of my favorite dresses and t-straps, which I covet but barely wear because they are in bad need of a shoe doctor.
